Invited by a dealership?
Reply to the message or email that contained your secure appraisal link. The inviting dealership is best placed to answer questions about the vehicle review, an offer or correcting a submitted answer.
Privacy requests
State that your message is a privacy request and include your appraisal reference where possible. Do not send your private appraisal link. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Technical problem?
Tell us which step you were completing, the approximate time and the browser or phone you used. Do not attach V5C images or other private documents to an unsolicited support message.
